Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

- Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at support@oheraldoprinting.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Notification: If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Replacement or Refund: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
